What to Expect in Your Mailbox
You may find it helpful to print this page and check off each task as you complete
it or become familiar with the process.
||As an administrator, you will see an assortment of e-mails telling
you when there are problems delivering mail to a subscriber, posting messages
to the list, or processing a request (such as a request to subscribe or unsubscribe
from the list). Take a few minutes during this first week to read through the
help pages pertaining to problem solving. They will help
you understand the source or cause and what actions, if any, you should take.
||You may see e-mails from researchers. The most common reasons
they will write you are for help with address changes or for help subscribing/unsubscribing

you will see; return to the help pages for more complex problems if needed.
