This is an alphabetical listing of volunteers who have offered to temporarily watch mailing lists. The HelpDesk maintains this roster, but does not recommend one mailing list administrator over another.

It is your responsibility to determine which volunteer would be best for your list, and to contact him or her. If your list has a special need, e.g., a moderator or a translator, be sure the volunteer is aware of the need and capable of handling the situation.

Each volunteer has supplied the following information:

• His or her name and e-mail address.
• The number of lists he or she manages, and the approximate size of the largest list.
• The length of time he or she has been a mailing list administrator.
• His or her level of strictness on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being very lax and 10 being very strict.

	Strictness: 5-8 — I have minus zero tolerance for spammers and flamers otherwise flexible, especially if list-sitting since I don't know what normal is. When contacting me please make sure your subject is clear. Sometimes I only check e-mails once a day and if the subject line is clear, I won't miss an e-mail (especially if in the case of an emergency-sitter).

Prefer to help subscribers with a problem find a way of "doing-it-themselves" rather than run to the Utilities/List Tools page and do it for them. I would adhere to the wishes/rules of the owner of a list when enforcing them, and not my own. Unless a lot of listers are involved, problems would be dealt with off-list, with un-subscribing as a last resort.
