Header
The section of an e-mail showing where the message originated, where it was sent to, etc..
X-Diagnostic Line
A line within the header that shows what action, if any, was taken.

Notify Administrator When Someone
Subscribes or Unsubscribes from the List
If you would like to see copies of each subscribe or unsubscribe request sent to the list, that option is available to you.
When you select his option, you will be notified by e-mail each time someone successfully subscribes or unsubscribes. The X-Diagnostic line in the header will tell you what action was taken (subscribed to list, processed, not processed, etc.)
